SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from order date. A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free USPS shipping for all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. States.

48 contiguous U.S. States: Free
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: $20

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do ship to all international locations. Please allow 7-15 business days (or more depending on customs).

International shipping: $20 then $5 per item there after

DUTIES AND TAXES

International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. We advise international customers to confirm/calculate applicable duties and taxes before purchasing. Please contact us at info@lynnandlawrence.com for assistance.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed before 1:00pm (ET) will be shipped out within 3 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

USPS (within the US): 2-5 business days
UPS Overnight Delivery (within the US): 1 business day (Service soon to be offered!)
International Shipping: 7-15 business days

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes if using the UPS overnight service.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

At this time all international orders are final sale.

DOMESTIC (Continental U.S.)

Lynn & Lawrence will accept returns for domestic orders for refund, unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned orders must also include the original box or Eco bag, hat pouch, with original tags attached. Hats with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

GENERAL RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY DETAILS

Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and a $10 fee will be applied if you choose to use our domestic return label (the only way we accept returns or exchanges). Please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns, and any duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be non-refundable.

Lynn & Lawrence reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

REQUEST A RETURN / EXCHANGE
If you would like to request a return or exchange, please fill out the form below with your name, email address and order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization and return label, as it will not be processed.

REPAIRS

We want you to treat your Lynn & Lawrence beanie like it’s part of the family. Remember, our hats are hand knit in all natural fiber so it must be HAND WASHED IN COLD WATER ONLY, otherwise it will felt (shrink and become incredibly dense). Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you repair this. However, if your beanie becomes snared or torn we may be able to help you darn it. So, before you think it is a lost cause, please contact us and we will see what we can do. 

 PAYMENT

All payments made on www.lynnandlawrence.com are secure. All transactions are in US dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. New York state residents will be charged sales tax. 

 SOLD OUT ITEMS

We do our best to restock items as soon as we can. If there is a specific item that is marked 'Sold Out' please add your info into our, "Notify me when back in stock", form or email us at info@lynnandlawrence.com.
